Maybe I'm getting old, or maybe I'm just cranky, but more and more I respond less and less on message boards (and less civilly, too). Anyone else still trying to keep the ravages of time at bay? I've recently started a program of lifting weights to try to keep as much muscle mass and bone density as I can.

Which I find annoying, as in my youth I was far stonger than average,and I could add inches of muscle with little effort....ah, the joys of an aging boomer....
